Your Arrival

Preferably, you will communicate to us your estimated time of arrival so that we can give you a short tour of the cottage and give you your keys. You may check in any time after 3pm and check out time is 11am . When you check in we will collect the remainder of your payment and answer any questions you may have about attractions and services in the area.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Your reservation will be held with your credit card. $250/ week  will
be charged at the time of your booking. If you cancel and we are not able to re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.

Times Other Than Summer

Remember, Gaudet’s by the Sea is available throughout the year. Celebrate the Holiday season or take advantage of the warm days in fall. The changing of the leaves occurs around the middle of October and the spring lobster season begins May 1st.
